Backwards compatible game DLC in multiple accounts

Hi there,

I originally created my Xbox live account in Germany, long before I moved to the UK. Unfortunately, I had loads of issues with the German account and purchasing DLC (not the correct region, not available in Germany etc) so I created a UK account as well
that then allowed me to purchase said DLC.

On Xbox 360 all of this DLC was available to both my accounts, meaning I could still use my first account and its gamer score.

On Xbox One, however, I have the same two accounts, installed a b/c game (most recently Gears of War Judgment but Gears of War had the same problem) and I can only access the DLC from the English account which has none of my saved games or progression since
I'm using the German account for playing.

Is there any way I can make the DLC available to both accounts again?

Yes it does.

I've streamed multiple backwards compatible games using Mixer

This should also work for the original Xbox games that will be backwards compatible end of the year into next

why is it that you can't buy backwards compatible games with your Microsoft account money but you can buy dlc content

Depending where you're located physically some content may not be available from your German account. Cross-region accounts aren't supported and can cause some trouble. Have you tried changing the region of your German account?

A 360 backwards compatible game on the xbox one and using the xbox one version of the game’s dlc with the backwards compatible one.

The DLC content is transferable as long as the game is backwards compatible. Sadly, since ghosts isn't yet backwards compatible the DLC isn't either :/ I agree there should be some sort of exception with DLC

Alright, Using my account, I accessed the DLC content in my profile under "my games." It detected that Zombie Island and the Secret Armory content were already owned, and It gave me the option for downloading them. I did so, and it told me that it would
be added to my download queue if they were backwards compatible. But they will not show up in my queue. Borderlands itself is backwards compatible, and it appears that Claptraps robolution DLC is as well, but now my question is: Is the other DLC not backwards
compatible? Because It will not download.
