Backwards Compatible Dark Souls 1 code.

Hi, I purchased Dark Souls 3 from the xbox live store recently, with the issue I purchased you are meant to get a code for a backwards compatible version of DS1. My friends got their copy of Dark Souls 1 straight to their "ready to install" tab and I haven't
had anything? I appreciate it can take 7-10 days for the code to come through but I believe it has been over 10 days since I purchased Dark Souls 3 from the store.

So I pre-ordered Dark Souls III but I never got the pre-order bonus of the Dark Souls 1 backwards compatible code.

Hi, Dark Souls 1 is currently not backward compatible yet. When it does become compatible, then you will probably get your code.

Just to add, you can verify the date you purchased the game at
http://commerce.microsoft.com If it hasn't quite been 10 days yet, you may just have to wait a little longer. Otherwise, you will need to wait for a response from support. Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and as Blitz said, they typically
respond to threads from oldest to newest. So it can take a couple of days to receive a response.

Those people who had the game show in their install list, already owned the game digitally for the 360 which is why it seems like they got it quicker.
