Backwards compatible achievement not registering unlocked

I've been playing through Lego Star Wars III recently via backward compatibility and have encountered a problem with an achievement. I completed one of the bonus levels and the corresponding achievement popped, titled "Sure, as long as I get paid." When
looking back through my achievements later on xbox.com, I noticed it wasn't showing up as unlocked, nor was it counting toward my total gamerscore.

Prior to finishing the level and "unlocking? the achievement, I had 28/48 achievements unlocked. After beating the level, it still shows 28/48 on xbox.com, my profile in the Xbox One, and the spot where it lists all your recent games under the Xbox 360 achievements
screen (accessed through backwards compatibility). However, when I go into the achievement list for the game itself through the achievement section of the Xbox 360 BC menu, it shows the achievement as unlocked with 29/48 total. I have tried replaying the level
to force an unlock again, but to no avail.

If it helps, I have recently been getting 8015190A errors sometimes when trying to connect to Xbox Live within a 360 BC game. The BC app won't let me connect to Xbox Live, even though the One itself is connected and functioning fine. I have to wait a bit
or restart my console in order to get it to connect. It isn't a problem with just Xbox 360 achievements either; I earned a few on Red Dead Redemption a few days after playing the aforementioned level and "unlocking" that achievement, and the RDR achievements
are showing up everywhere.

Any advice for fixing this and unlocking the achievement?

Backwards compat game achievements not being added to XB Live gamer score

Since August, any backwards compatible 360 games I have played, the achievements unlocked are not being added to the gamer score on Xbox Live. This happens whether I am playing backward compatible games from Gold membership, EA membership, or digital purchases.
Yes, I am connected to Xbox Live. I have restarted and even reset my Xbox One. I make sure I am always signed in to my gamer tag. However, the gamer score still does not update with the backwards compatible unlocked achievements.

there seems to be an issue with this since the last update. Im sure it is being worked on, please be patient. But you could also unplug the console for 3 minuets and see if that helps
