Backwards compatibility update problem.

The backwards compatibility update came out a while ago and messed up my account and now I can't sign in to my account without my xbox shutting off and I sent it to Xbox but they wouldn't fix it so is there a way to transfer all of my saved data,gamer score
and Xbox live to the new account im stuck with

Xbox originals games come up with "the game couldn't start. try downloading again"

Some games just had an update that had to be downloaded, but it wasn't a specific backwards compatibility update. At this point, all consoles have the backwards compatibility update like dave said.

Hey mate,

Have you tried removing the profile from your xbox, then adding it back again? This can sometimes fix that issue, so worth a shot

There is also no way to transfer that content between account

If it's not backward compatible then it's not backward compatible and never will be as they stopped updating the emulator years ago. The only Robotech game that is backward compatible is Battlecry.

That's right, the last update was November 2007 and Robotech: Battlecry was the only one to be included in the BC list.
