Backwards Compatibility sign in

You can actually sign in on this web site and send your feedback for Backwards Compatibility feature on Xbox One. You can request a game to be added and to be played using the new-gen console:

As long as you're signed into the same account you used, any games that are backwards compatible will show as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps and you would download them from there (unfortunately GTA 5 is not compatible). You can see a list of all
of the backwards compatible games at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-one/backward-compatibility?xr=shellnav

If they're not already, you would want to store your 360 game saves on the cloud in order to use them with backwards compatibility on the One.

Hi Doug! When you sign in to your new Xbox One S with the same Xbox Live account, there will be a "Ready to Install" section listing all games that you are able to install onto that Xbox. If your old games (Games with Gold or purchased) are backwards compatible,

Hello, As long as the 360 game is backwards compatible you will be able to play it through the One console. When you try to play the 360 backwards compatible game it will sign your system in the 360 servers and you'll be able to play that game.

Unfortunately no, it looks like Original Kinect games will more than likely will not make the transition in the backwards compatibility.
