Backwards Compatibility sign in error 8015190A

I've had this problem for about a month now. Every time I try to play a backwards compatible game on Xbox One it says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 8015190A" I've tried signing in on Xbox 360 as well but I get
the same error. I've tried everything I could find on the Internet but so far I haven't seen any results.

Also error 80151904 what's happening to your backwards compatibility can't we just play it without our gamer tags because it's the one causing the error c'mon just do it for backwards compatibility pls

You can actually sign in on this web site and send your feedback for Backwards Compatibility feature on Xbox One. You can request a game to be added and to be played using the new-gen console:

So i deleted my profile then tried to download the profile again. The download gets about 10% done and gives me an error every time:

"Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem."

Here's the kicker, though. I know my credentials are right because I can use them to sign into XBL on XB1 and to sign into xbox.com with no problems whatsoever.

This is irritating to say the least, because it will disconnect me from xbox live on 360 mid-game and wont let me reconnect. What's a man gotta do to play some borderlands co-op?!

 

Any info? I can play one of my backwards compatible games but others ive downloaded doesn't work.

 

Try goung to manage storage>games>hit x to sync storage... worked for me
