Discus and support Backwards Compatibility, Rezurection Content in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have purchased and downloaded this Rezurection DLC content on the Xbox 360 and it will not let me download it on Xbox One, it says I have to purchase...     Backwards Compatibility, Rezurection Content


    I have purchased and downloaded this Rezurection DLC content on the Xbox 360 and it will not let me download it on Xbox One, it says I have to purchase it despite already doing so on the Xbox 360?? I have tried to contact Activision Support which cannot
    help me and this is the form of 'Support' / 'contact' method I have been navigated to by Xbox.

    Is there anything I can do????

    problem with Mass Effect 3 disks

    Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
    content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.

    I can't download my legendary edition stuff from halo reach onto the Xbox one

    Hey there!

    Can you please clarify which content you're referring to? Once you install Halo: Reach you should have all available content through Backward Compatibility so long as you own that content.

    The only content that would transfer from the Xbox 360 console to the Xbox One console would be content that is backwards compatible.

    Are you trying to buy One games or backwards compatible games? The Microsoft account balance cannot be used to purchase backwards compatible content on the One.

    The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.

    Oblivion is backwards compatible so it will work on the One X. You can view a list of backwards compatible games at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. Unfortunately, the Xbox 360 Fall of Cybertron disc is not backwards compatible on the Xbox One.
