Backwards compatibility program ending, what games would you have liked to be BC? +What did...

Edit: Okay, so...I decided to edit this post. Because it was negative and angsty, and I was tired of looking at it. Plus I kinda wrote it while I was depressed, y'know?

So instead, what games were you hoping were gonna be BC? For me it was the FEAR games, obviously. But a few others that I wanted were:

Soulcalibur 4 and 5, Mortal Kombat 9, and Lollipop Chainsaw.

Also: yes, I can just play them on the 360. It's a good thing I still have mine! I just barely use it anymore, because I mostly play Xbox One games right now. Still want a remaster of the FEAR games though!

What games did you want to be BC?

(Also it seems I might have misread/misunderstood the article? Sometimes that happens to me, where I misunderstand things sometimes. I'm only human...) *End of edit*

Lets move on to the second topic: Layers of Fear 2. The game itself got some...poor ratings, like the one from XboxAchievements.com. Gave it a score of 55 out of 100.

In my opinion, I though the game was brilliant. Sure there is a few annoying moments in the game, but I look past them. I think the review of LOF2 by XBA.com was unfair.

Any thoughts on Layers of Fear 2? Was the review unfair?

    :)

Add Arkham Asylum and Arkham City to the backwards compatible games

    Hi,

Unfortunately what you're asking isn't possible. The Xbox backwards compatibility program ended in November 2021. If your game wasn't made BC, I'm afraid it won't be.

You would have to buy the remastered versions, there is no way around it.

E3 2019: What's Next for Xbox Backward Compatibility

If backwards compatibility is ended (at least for now), I've been wondering what that means for the Games with Gold program considering the past couple months have included games made BC those respective months.

I'm assuming this either means future GwG titles for the 360 will have to already be BC, some recycled games in the program, or they might also be ending the 360 titles soon.

Put these games on Backwards Compatibility please.

Unfortunately the Backwards Compatibility program was ended last year, there will be no more BC games released.

I honestly cant understand your disappointment. They didnt need to make any games BC. They could have charged us like the competition did to play older games.

Also, you can just buy a 360 for like 50 bucks and play them all.
