    Backwards Compatibility problem


    I don't know if this is the right place but quick question, I downloaded Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise on my Xbox One and it works fine, but I can't seem to save any of my progress on it, I've tried a few times but save doesn't appear on the menu but
    it does on the 360, anyone else have this kinda problem?

    Also one last question, My Xbox One still can't pick up my Kameo game even though it says it's available on the compatibility list, is there anyway I can solve this?

    My Account won't stay connected to xbox live on backwards compatibility.

    I'm having a problem with backwards compatibility. My xbox live account disconnects from xbox live when I attempt to log in on the 360 menu on backwards compatibility for Xbox one.

    If you're having issues accessing the preview forums, then make a post in these forums forums.xbox.com/.../4585.aspx and a member of support will be able to grant you access to them.

    No problem. Just bear in mind that only games that are backwards compatible will be available. You can view a list of backwards compatible games here.

    If the original games are listes as backward compatible games you should be able to play them with no problem at all... look HERE for compatible games...

    problem with Mass Effect 3 disks

    Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
    content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.
