Discus and support Backwards Compatibility Not Wotking in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; A few years ago I downloaded Tour de France and 2009 digitally on the Xbox 360 and its supposed to be backwards compatible.     Backwards Compatibility Not Wotking


    A few years ago I downloaded Tour de France and 2009 digitally on the Xbox 360 and its supposed to be backwards compatible. However it's not showing up in my games pile. I searched for it in the store but there's no option to play it.

    Because of backward compatibility you will be able to join parties, join games but only the xbox 360 game you have started up.

    Never mind. It turns out my Xbox 360 account was never linked to my Xbox One. Sorry for wasting everyone's time.

    Hey Red! I'm a little confused, what do you mean by "linked" to your Xbox One account? Were you not signed in on Xbox One with the account you used on 360? If you ARE, then the games should show up automatically....

    Apologies if this question is redundant, I just want to make sure you're up and running now! Backwards Compatibility Not Wotking :)

    Hey Red! I'm a little confused, what do you mean by "linked" to your Xbox One account? Were you not signed in on Xbox One with the account you used on 360? If you ARE, then the games should show up automatically....
