    Backwards compatibility not working


    I can’t play online on backwards compatible games. It says that “you cannot connect to Xbox live on this console” I just bought the Xbox one S from the shops. So any advice please.

    They will work as long as they are backwards compatible. If they're not backwards compatible, then they won't work on anything other than a 360 console.

    The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.

    No. Minecraft is not backwards compatible.

    There has been no announcement about all 360 games working on the One. Only games that are backwards compatible will work.
