    Backwards compatibility not working


    Getting error 0x8082000c when using 360 compatible disc. Yes they are on the list.

    Getting error 0x80070002 when trying 360 digital game. Game downloads but error pops up when trying to launch.

    I have tried all the trouble shoot. Removed account, soft reset, hard reset, clear game cache, clear system cache, factory reset, delete game and save from cloud then reinstall, checked all connections, even checked ms account has same info as xbox account,
    etc...

    This seems to be affecting more users having the same errors. Is there something going on?

    Backward Compability Disc Question

    They will work as long as they are backwards compatible. If they're not backwards compatible, then they won't work on anything other than a 360 console.

    The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.

    Oblivion is backwards compatible so it will work on the One X. You can view a list of backwards compatible games at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games

    No. Minecraft is not backwards compatible.

    There has been no announcement about all 360 games working on the One. Only games that are backwards compatible will work.
