    backwards compatibility not working on my xbox one


    I cannot download free backwards compatible games with gold even though I have a gold membership.

    Moreover, I recently purchase street fighter xbox 360 copy of game on xbox.com. I received the confirmation that i have bought the game and it shows in my games section on xbox.com. However the game does not appear on ready to install section on my xbox
    one. This is my first xbox 360 backwards compatibility game and I have never owned a xbox 360. Please help !!

    Disconnected from live on backwards compatibility games?

    Xbox live is not working so well for Xbox 360 or even on Xbox One with Backwards Compatibility, You must wait'till it's been fixed.

    Street Fighter IV is the game that is listed for BC on the console. Please make sure you purchased the proper game.

    The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.

    That game is not backwards compatible so it will not work with the Xbox One.
    But it is under Xbox 360 games on My Games page on the xbox.com site. And the FAQ says that if the game is there it backward compatible with my console.
