backwards compatibility - NO DOWNLOAD PROFILE XBOX 360 on XBOXONE

i my xboxone when i load a game bacwards compatibility (forza horizon, viva pinata ecc.) i see: getting information console xbox360.... But it don't charge.

The game start and it's impossible to load the profile of player. The console say to test the internet connection. But it is all OK in the side of xbox one.

I have tried to cancel the xbox local memory more time, the console restart but never!!!

Please help me

P.S. In the past months i have play with more games backwards compatibility without problems.

Can't download my Xbox profile on backwards compatibility

I can't download my profile on Xbox One backwards compatibility. It keeps giving me the code error 80070571 which translate to that my profile is corrupted and it is not. My profile is perfectly fine both on my One and 360.

Backwards Compatibility only works for full titles that are available on the backwards compatibility list. Game Demos are not included in the backwards compatibility feature. If you want to try a specific Xbox 360 game out before purchasing and downloading,
you will need to download the demo on an actual Xbox 360 console.

Hey there, PopCude! I'm very sorry to see the frustrations! When you say that you attempted to clear the cache, are doing doing it with just the hard reset of the Xbox One console? This is done by either hitting Restart Console in the Settings section of
the Guide, or by holding the power button on the console for 8 seconds. I want to make sure that you are doing that instead of another troubleshooting step, clearing the local 360 data, before we suggest that to you. Thanks!

Today i have clear the local memory Xbox 360 data, and then i have to do the hard restarting holding the power butto n for 8 second......but never..... "Getting information console xbox360" stare the fame and we have 0 player profile . Download g the profile,
never. Checking the connection but its all ok.

This with all backwards games.

Factory Restoring your Xbox One console? That will be the next best step for the issue described here. Give that a shot and be sure to select Reset and Keep my games & apps.

I'm sorry about the language difference that I see in your posts. It sounds to me like you need to erase your profile from your xbox 360 hard drive. you must go to storage & highlight the profiles section. Delete the profile. After that is done, turn the
Xbox 360 OFF. Turn it on and choose the download your profile choice from the choices when asked to sign in to Xbox live. Type in your profile name and wait for it to download. I had to do this myself when I first started to play xbox one backward compatible
games on Xbox one.

 

I had sell the Xbox 360 2 years a go. But until the next month i player with the fame backwards compatible

hi i know it's an old problem, still i just had same issues, as i i previously changed me DNS servers to google xbox live had troubles connecting when i put back to automatic and cleared xbox 360 profile data my games are working.
