Backwards Compatibility Network Issues

Ok, so I've been playing both Black Ops and Black Ops 2 (mainly for Zombies) on Xbox One through Backwards Compatibility and have had no issues whatsoever until this morning. I turrned on my Xbox, signed in, started BO2 up - the usual stuff. However, when
I tried to go online, it said that I was unable.

Error Code 8015190E

I reset my Xbox and tried again, but still nothing. I thought 'Ok, maybe it's just BO2 that's having issues' so I went with Black Ops 1. Nope. Same problem. Error Code 8015190E, can't connect. Tested connection both times and apparently, there is no issue
with either my network connection or my multiplayer connection.

To confirm this, I put in Black Ops 3 to test. It connected fine. In fact, the NAT Type has switched back to Open, which is a bonus for me.

I thought 'Ok, let's try something other than COD. Maybe it's just an Activision/Treyarch thing' so I went on Halo: Reach. Still nothing. It won't even attempt to connect.

I decided to try a completely different game, you know, to cover all bases, so I started up Skyrim SE to look up a few mods. No Issue. Found and downloaded an update for a mod and looked through new ones.

It would seem that this problem is exclusive for 360 games. My Xbox One games function without issue. Any ideas?

xbox 360 services is having maintenance at the moment (also affecting 360 back compatable games) services should be back in about half an hour or so. hope this helps

Everything is fine besides backwards compatibility says there’s no network connection

It happens on the offline mode of COD as well. But it's obviously not a network issue because it only occurs on disc-based Backward Compatible titles, whether it is Call of Duty: Black Ops, Left 4 Dead 2, or Gears of War 3. But all my digital Backward Compatible
games, my digital Xbox One games (including other Call of Duty titles), and my disc-based Xbox One games work perfectly fine. It goes without saying that network issues do not affect such a specific type of games, in this case, disc-based Backward Compatible
titles.

Also, I now found two friends with identical issues, where they lag every 15 minutes on disc-based Backward Compatible titles, but on nothing else. I'm starting to think this is a bigger issue which needs addressing on Xbox's part through some sort of update,
but after spending over 10 hours with Support, I've nearly given up because nobody from Xbox is willing to take responsibility for the issue.

Yes it is still backwards compatible. You can the list of backwards compatible games here.

I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working. Have you had any issues with other backwards compatible games before?
