Backwards compatibility & known purchased digital games not appearing.

For the most part the backwards compatibility function works fine for me. However, there are a small list of Xbox 360 games that
I KNOW I've purchased on the 360 in the dim & distant past. However, these games will not show up in the "ready to install" section on the Xbox One. In my case the games that won't appear
are:-

Bejewelled 2

Golden Axe

Lumines Live

Monkey Island 2 (Secret Of)

Pac-Man C.E

Pinball FX

Sonic The Hedgehog 1

Sonic The Hedgehog 2

Has anybody else had this issue? Are there any steps that can be taken in order to trigger the appearance of these titles on the Xbox One?

Bayonetta Demo Xbox One backward Compatibility

Hi,

Just recently Bayonetta was released for xbox one backward compatibility and so i tried to install the demo version just now but it was not appearing on my ready to install section. So i am wondering is the Bayonetta full game only support backward compatibility
while the demo version does not? Please clarify

Im a little bit confused when you say you purchased the backwards compatibility for the game you already own. If you already owned the game on disc or digital you should not have needed to make an additional purchase.

 

Given that you purchased them in the dim and distant past, are you sure you actually purchased them on this account?

If the licenses are still in place then you'd still be able to play the game no matter which account bought them.

 

There's a couple of games that I have bought that aren't showing up on my ready to install list. I don't know what's causing this, but it's something I will look into.

 

Yep, they were definitely purchased on this account. I've already been to the history page that you mentioned, pressed the "add to queue" button for the games in question. I've also dug out the Xbox 360 & played Lumines Live for an hour or so. I've also
pressed the "Play on Xbox One" button that is in "Game Details". Still these games don't show up in my "Ready To Install" section on the Xbox One.

I don't know what else I need to do to get them to appear on my Xbox One console. I am in the "Xbox One Preview Program" if that makes any difference. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, it's not the games as Golden Axe and Pinball FX appear in my 'ready to install list'. I guess it's probably just teething problems. Have you tried calling xbox support?
