Backwards compatibility issues with a physical disc copy of Max Payne 2

I've installed over 200 Xbox Original and Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One and all of them are physical disc copies and they all install just fine. There is one game that tells me that it is not backwards compatible, even though it just recently is this week and I own a physical disc copy of it and it is Max Payne 2. Any reason why this is having this issue?

It was briefly happening to TimeSplitters 2 as well, but it has been resolved.

I believe just like TimeSplitters 2, Max Payne will be resolved as well. You can also try signing out of your console and back in to check if that helps as well.

Max Payne 3 would be a great addition for back compat. P.s. please add Max Payne 1 & 2 also I still have my og Xbox disc copies.

Remove the disc from the console, Turn off your console, disconnect your external hard drive and turn the console back on with the external drive still disconnected. Once the it has fully booted to the Home screen, you can connect your external drive again and then try running the disc
