Backwards compatibility issue

Discus and support Backwards compatibility issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I downloaded Skate 3 for xbox 360 the other day and whenever I try to play it i get a screen that says loading xbox 360 info which does not fill up...     Backwards compatibility issue


    So I downloaded Skate 3 for xbox 360 the other day and whenever I try to play it i get a screen that says loading xbox 360 info which does not fill up at all. If I open up the game not signed in then it opens up, but when I try to download profile it says
    network failed. I do not have an xbox 360 account, do I need that? Xbox one live works fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I already checked the game list before I posted this. And how can you tell if your HD was bootlegged or not?

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Let's try these steps out:

    - Navigate to 'All settings' from the bottom of the Xbox One guide.

    - Within the settings screen, scroll down to 'System' and select 'Storage'.

    - From the Storage settings menu, select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage'.

    Once you give those steps a shot, post back and let us know how it goes! Backwards compatibility issue :)

    Yes it is still backwards compatible. You can the list of backwards compatible games here.

    I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working. Have you had any issues with other backwards compatible games before?

    Are you able to test any other backwards compatible games?

    Generally issues with backwards compatible games on the 360 is down to the hard drive. A lot of third party purchases of hard drives tend to result in the hard drive being a knock off which will not work with backwards compatibility.
