    There is a problem with backwards compatibility and I don't know where to go with it (I have proof showing the issue), do I share it here, or would I have to message Xbox directly?

    where? I have tried tossing up ideas for backwards compatible stuff but they always get deleted due to not being relative in games and apps I suppose. Granted the games I asked for did become backwards compatible like AvP and Castlevania Lords of Shadow.
