    Backwards Compatibility games not showing


    I own digital copies of Xbox 360 games Cloning Clyde and Switchball (bought around 2007/8?), both which were made backwards compatible with Xbox Series S on 15th November. These games are available to me on an Xbox 360 console but do not show up on my Series S. In the Store they show the price to buy and do not say I already own the games.

    My purchase history from before 2014 has also disappeared so I cannot see the actual date of purchase, but have achievements for both.

    Every time I ask Xbox Support for help they say there is an ongoing issue with Backwards Compatible games however the Xbox Status for this has always been green/ticked and has not changed despite my issue.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    What happened to all my games I bought on the Xbox 360 marketplace?

    Only games that are backwards compatible will show up for redownload. Not all 360 games are backwards compatible (like the ones you listed). You can see a list of backwards compatible games here - www.xbox.com/.../backward-compatibility

    Is it possible to transfer DLC games from 360 to one?

    If the games are backwards compatible, they will show as "Ready to Install" in your Games and Apps. If they are not backwards compatible, then you cannot transfer them to the One. You can see a list of backward compatible games here -

    The game is not backwards compatible yet. Once it becomes backwards compatible, it'll show in your "Ready to Install" list.
