Backwards Compatibility Game Corruption

So Borderlands recently became free on the marketplace and it also a backwards compatible game. My brother and I both downloaded it on separate consoles to play together. However, after we both downloaded it only mine will work. Every time he tries to play
he gets and error code saying "Sorry we can't launch this. The item you're trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it. (0x80070570)" and we have tried everything from reinstalling it to going on my profile on his console to reinstalling
his profile completely and nothing seems to be working. We are currently game sharing if that has any effect on it. If anyone has any real solutions i would appreciate it.

Unable to get Xbox One to recognize Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga

Despite several attempts, Xbox One will not recognize Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga to start the backwards compatibility download. Games works in 360 and has no visible corruption on the disc.

Because of backward compatibility you will be able to join parties, join games but only the xbox 360 game you have started up.

My main and most troubling problem, which no matter the support I get is not fixed, is the lack of being able to download backwards compatible games on the Xbox One, although I have a credit card linked to the account. Numerous times I've tried purchasing
multiple valid backwards compatible games both on the Xbox One Store and Xbox.com, and yet to no avail. The following message appears each time I attempt to complete a transaction (despite where I'm purchasing it from): "Your account is unable to make this
type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." Do keep in mind, though, I tried on my Xbox, this message appeared, as well as on my computer. If this issue could be resolved or at least looked into it would be much appreciated.
I know others are also suffering from this issue
