Backwards Compatibility Error

Since a few days ago, XB360 backwards compatible games played completely fine with only slight lag. But now, I get periodically disconnected for minutes at a time from XBL. Entire matches fail because of this if I host. The disconnects definitely seem random, and I have tried absolutely everything to fix it but it keeps coming back. It has toned down since I tried everything but it is still there.

The error code I get is 8015190E. Everything was fine a week ago. Nothing has changed except disconnects. No new router/modem, did not do anything to my Xbox or my account, no one else has access to my account but me. I am completely out of ideas on how to fix this and I have tried everything.

Everything I have tried: Deleting and redownloading profile. Still happens even when logged out.

Manual/Static Xbox IP designation in router. Still happens.

Opened all XBL ports via portforwarding. Fixed it for an hour then came back.

Cleared cache/hard reset many times.

Cleared alternate MAC. It worked for a bit after, but came back before I was done with a single match.

I made sure no one else was in my account. I checked everything. I do not have any activity warnings. My account hasn’t been locked by Microsoft so that is not an issue either.

All XBL services are up. If they weren’t, other people would have issues but it is only me and a few others many years ago.

I can seem to do a few matches between disconnects but it is random and lasts from instant to a few minutes. It used to be that I could not even do the first wave of a match without a disconnect. It’s disheartening that I could be helping new players through my favorite game then get disconnected at the last wave, losing both time and rewards.

The very last thing I can think of is that it’s the most recent Xbox Insider console update, but my friend who is also an insider has no issue like mine. If anyone has experienced this before and solved it, please let me know.

Clarifying: My Xbox One outside the emulator is completely fine when it disconnects. It is only the emulator that loses connection, nothing else is effected.
