If the DLC you are trying to access was not purchased with the account you use for backwards compatibility titles you will not have access to that particular dlc.

Unmaterialised game bought on xbox360 to Xbox One ?

If the game was a 360 game and is on the backwards compatibility list then you'll be able to play it Xbox One Backward Compatibility any DLC purchased
should be available for it as well.

If it was an Xbox One game purchased before you had the console then it will still be available to you in the Ready to Install list.

  4. Backwards Compatibility: Dlc purchased on a different account

Hi, yes there is, just log in to the xbox one with the account you purchased the dlc with, and move to Black Ops, press the menu button and select manage game, then your dlc will be listed next to Black Ops, just select the dlc and start the download.

  6. When an account is banned, you forfeit all rights and privileges to use content purchased by that account. You will need to purchase the DLC again if you wish to use it on your new profile.

Black Ops 1 Zombie map purchase

Game and DLC purchases are associated with your Microsoft account. If you purchase the DLC on the Xbox 360, they will work on the Xbox One as well since Black Ops 1 is backwards compatible.
