    Hello,

    Whenever I attempt to play an Xbox 360 title I get the error message "disconnected from Xbox live", however i'm still connected, just unable to play the games. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've contacted support, they advised a hard reset and
    to redownload my profile, but still no luck.

    My Account won't stay connected to xbox live on backwards compatibility.

    I'm having a problem with backwards compatibility. My xbox live account disconnects from xbox live when I attempt to log in on the 360 menu on backwards compatibility for Xbox one.

    Rainbow six vegas 2 compatibility issue/ signs me out even though I am not signed out.

    hi I start rainbow six vegas 2 on backwards compatibility but I get as far as the start menu and tells me I'm disconnected from xbox live even though I am currently in a party still speaking/ not actually disconnected has anyone else had an issue like this
    and does anyone know the fix ?

    i have not run into this issue as of yet, was just play Fallout 3 last night without any issues, check to make sure your console is upt o date, maybe do a factory reset?

    Thanks for the replies, the console is up to date - just tried to play a couple 360 games and still experiencing this issue. Very strange.

    Is this the only backwards compatible game that this is happening with?

    When you load the game up does it give you a message that says disconnected from xbox live?

    Is your password longer than 16 characters?

    I would also like to mention that I have Spectrum wifi. Sometimes it will let me play a backwards compatible game for 5 minutes before it disconnects me from xbox live once again.

    Let me understand you are trying to play Borderlands 2 (a backwards compatible game) on the xbox one and are trying to make sure your game progress is being saved to the cloud?

    Is this correct?

    You say this is happening with other games too are these games also backwards compatible games?

    When you load these games does it give you a message that you are disconnected from xbox live?
