    Backwards Compatiable Games Won't Connect to Xbox Live


    Backwards compatible games wont connect to xbox live. Xbox one games work fine and so do apps. I have:

    -restarted my xbox

    -reset my storage

    -reset my 360 storage

    - removed my profile and signed in again

    -tried to remove it on the 360 emulator (it would accept it, but it would never remove. I couldn't add a profile anyways because it would say "can't connect")

    -reset my network

    - Cleared my MAC address

    -soft reset my xbox

    I can use other games with Xbox Live and all other apps work. I have two step off. My password is less than 16 characters. My error is 80151904. I talked to Xbox support and they closed the conversation after they couldn't figure it out. This has been going
    on for a few days and only effects my 360 games.

    Hello there.

    I am afraid you won't be able to play Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One as it's not Backwards Compatiable.
