Backwards compatable game unable to download even after being owned on Xbox 360

I do not know when this happened but R.U.S.E for Xbox 360 became backward compatible on Xbox One and so I wanted to download and play it, when I checked my Ready to Install section, it did not appear and after checking the store on the Xbox One, it only
allows me to redeem a code, even though I have purchased it on the 360.

I attempted to download it through the Microsoft Marketplace on my PC but my purchase history does not extend that far back and when I check the game page itself, it only allows me to buy it and download it to my 360 (which I no longer own)

Is there any other ways I can try to get the game onto my Xbox One or will I have to wait and see if the store updates to allow it to be bought?

It's not backwards compatable but sooner or later some 360 games will make it to the xbox one store I highly doubt you'll get a discount if you owned it previously though

every time I try to download a backward compatable game to my Xbox one I keep getting sorry try agin. I've tried to download from my Xbox and Xbox.com and both say the same. It only happens on 360 games.

Are you sure that you're using the same account that you had bought the game with?

It might be that you are using a different account if you are not seeing the game or that you are missing the necessary rights for the game.

If you are using the right account, your console might have not loaded the most recent dashboard update that would allow you to play.

Can you try to reset the console to factory settings and keep your games and apps
through the steps here:
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults ?

Make sure before you try this to have your network information (like the password) as well as any sign in info for all of your accounts on hand to complete this step smoothly.

Backwards Compatible List, R.U.S.E Is in fact Backwards compatible. I would recommend

Removing and Re-adding your account from your xbox one to refresh your licenses. Then Go ahead and Check Ready to install again. Other wise, Please

That is strange as I can find it on the Xbox One store in the format of a backwards compatible game and I can see other people playing it on their Xbox Ones as well through my friends list.
