    Gears of War Bundle - Did Not Receive Codes

    I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition from the Microsoft Store on November 26th, 2015 and haven't received my Gears of War Backwards Compatability Bundle Codes.

    Backwards compatability in the store

    Hi B0GART,

    As of right now, the only way to get Xbox 360 backwards compatible games from the marketplace is through Xbox.com or from an actual Xbox 360. It has not been incorporated into the Xbox One's Store just yet.

    All games will still have a listing on the store, but that doesn't make them backwards compatible. The games you listed are not backwards compatible so there is no way to make them show up on the Series S. Backwards compatibility list

    How to buy Oblivion for xbox one x ?

    The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.

    Oblivion is backwards compatible so it will work on the One X. You can view a list of backwards compatible games at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games

    I redeemed a code for NBA 2k14 and the game doesn’t show up in my owned games library. It shows up in my order history as a xbox 360 token. What do I do to get the game downloaded?

    Thank you so much for that and I apologize but as per checking the game is not a backwards compatible game and it is also no longer available on store.
