The release of Black ops 1 for xbox one is set for December, today is December 31st. Anyone know when it's actually comming?

the gifted and talented people responsible for delivering backwards compatibility won't give anyone a release date. it was supposed to be available before christmas. once again they are letting us down and won't say anything. I've been non-stop researching
a possible date but have found nothing. what most people think is that it will be released after the first bo3 dlc so that they can make their money before the original black ops destroys all bo3 sales. I'm sorry i can't help but as soon as i find something,
i'll be back.
