    do not fully upgrade to the xbox one. stick with the 360 or something other, i bought xbox one and bcuz i didnt know of backwards compatiblity i am left purchsing the same season pass twice

    Backwards Compatiblity

    The disc is required to check that you have the game only, the BC version of the game will be downloaded via the internet.

    If the disc is damaged and unreadable then try to clean it as best you can, but if it cannot read the disc then you will not be able to install ME2 BC on your XBOne

    Hi IAM eLite. It was widely publicized that neither next gen system (X1 & PS4) would support backward compatibility. That being said, you never know what the future will bring. Sony is working on theirs - they have published some articles on what they
    are doing. Although MS have been quiet, one cant help to wonder if it will ever come to the cloud. Again all speculation, but back on point- Sorry you were not informed. I recommend always doing research before purchasing anything.

    Sorry but there wont be any more updates for backwards compatiblity,they stopped updating it a couple of years ago.

    Problems playing an original Xbox game on a 360

    The last updates for backwards compatiblity came out in 2009. If your dashboard has updated at all since 2009, then you have the correct updates for backwards compatibility to work.
