    I have checked on the xbox one backward compatible market and found that black ops 2 is available. I have used the disc which installed the update required. However it states play for now or pay to keep playing.

    Why do I need to pay again for a game to play it?

    SNK VS CAPCOM

    SNK vs Capcom isn't backward compatible. There's a list of all the backward compatible games and the regions they're backward compatible in on Wikipedia for future reference.

    With xbox one backwards compatible games accessories are not compatible. Also only a few games are backwards compatible with more coming

    Hey there SiennaEagle9312.

    Can you clarify where you're seeing this error? So long as you have the disc in your Xbox One you shouldn't need to repurchase the game.

    While it is true that backwards compat is on hold. Every backwards compat licensing has to approved by the developer for that game to approve the ability of backwards compatibility. There are some developers unfortunately that will not allow there games
    to be backwards compatible .

    If it's not backward compatible then it's not backward compatible and never will be as they stopped updating the emulator years ago. The only Robotech game that is backward compatible is Battlecry.
