Backward compatible glitch

Hi there, just wondering if anyone else is having trouble purchasing backwards compatible titles off the xboxlive market place. When i hit to see the price, the page refreshes or a white glitch page comes up preventing me from purchasing any titles.

Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Fallout: New Vegas is now a backward compatible so the question is....

The backwards compatibility wont fix any glitches.

PS: (Disclaimer) Im not posting as a troll or anything like that, I am just answering the poster directly with no sugar coating or fanboyism.

Games generally aren't announced ahead of time before they're added as backwards compatible, so there hasn't been any news about it. So for right now it's a glitch.

Hi Echo,

I've actually run across this issue once before but ultimately on my end attributed it to a network issue. So do dive a little deeper on your question, when you select the title you're interested in is it taking you to another page totally that is missing
the purchase option / features that should be on the page? I want to make sure I am getting a good picture on things before making suggestions. I would at the very least power cycle your modem as well as your console and then attempt loading up the page
on the marketplace again. Let us know what happens from there, hopefully it corrects the glitch!

the purchase option / features that should be on the page? I want to make sure I am getting a good picture on things before making suggestions. I would at the very least power cycle your modem as well as your console and then attempt loading up the page
on the marketplace again. Let us know what happens from there, hopefully it corrects the glitch!

Hi thankyou for the reply, yes when i click on see price it will go to load and will just refresh the game page instead, or will load the payment but when you hit continue it brings up a white page saying I've found a glitch and to try again later.

It doesn't happen on xboxone titles only the 360 ones.

[table][tr][td]I was insanely psyched to find out that the original Forza Horizon was finally added to the backward compatibility list for xbox one, and even better that it was on the "free with gold" list. So I backed up my profile to the cloud and started playing on xbox one. And I noticed something that DEVASTATED me. Ever time I try to get into my favorite car (The 2011 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento) it says "This exclusive content can not be putchased at this time" even though I already bought the DLC for it. Same goes for my Aventador J. The messed up part is that the cars DO show up ib my garage. I just can't use them without getting tha message. Did they seriously make the game backward compatible without including ANY of the DLC? When I go to the marketplace I get a message that says "Failed to download the required marketplace data. Please try again later". And when I go to the Car Club to get some of my old club vehicles I get "The Forza Horizon server is not available at this time. Please try again later". And even worse, when I try to go online it says "The Horizon server is currently unavailable. You will not earn XP for online games" then it wont let me join people even though it looks like their lobbies are worling fine. What gives Turn 10? Why isnt any online deatures available. How come I paid good money for DLC cars I can no longer use? Somebody please tell me theres a way to get my Sesto back? Or at least tell me who I need to email to recomend the put it in Horizon 3 cause lets be honest. They REALLY need to bring the Sesto Elemento back in Forza Horizon 3. Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.
