Backward compatible games not unlocking achievements

I have purchased many games on Xbox one that are backwards compatible. Yet one I bring up the Xbox 360 menu and go to achievements it says "your played games and unlocked achievements appear here".

When's I check online it show I have none of the achievements yet I have met the requirements for some of them. Please help

Achievements not updating

I’m having trouble with backwards compatible achievements unlocking. I have earned them and they have popped in a couple of different games and show as unlocked in the game tab. However, they do not update on the game list or full profile gamerscore. I have
tried waiting, unlocking a different achievement in the hopes it updates, unlocking the achievement itself again but nothing works. I contacted Xbox support but they redirected me here with the ticket number 1435656161. How can I fix this?

achievements not unlocking on xbox1 games

HI I am not getting achievements unlocked on my Xbox one after completing the necessary criteria, I have tried removing my account from my console and re-installing it, signing in with my profile on someone else's console which is connected to Xbox live,
restarting my console. The achievements are unlocking on backwards compatible games but not on xbox one games.

Do you have issues unlocking achievements on the Xbox One side of things or is it only with Back Compat titles? If you haven't already tried, try redownloading your profile on the Xbox 360 side of things by pressing both the menu and view button to make the
Xbox 360 guide appear. From there select the option to download a profile and re-enter your account information.

I have the exact same issue. I can't unlock any achievements on Xbox One games. However I can unlock achievements on Xbox 360 backwards compatible games.

Couldn't you just automatically unlock the achievement for players that have the game? It's ridiculous to have any achievements locked behind shutdown servers or apps. That goes for all games that have been made backwards compatible..

That game is not backwards compatible due to there being a Xbox one version. If you would like to play it on the xbox one and unlock the achievement. Look out for sales. That game seems to go on sale pretty often.

Xbox 360 games played on the original system itself don’t require an active broadband connection to unlock achievements, unlike Xbox One’s backwards compatibility. Unfortunately your account maybe under a temporary suspension or you didn’t meet the
requirement for the achievement itself

Factory reset is done, now I cannot sign in to Xbox Live from the 360 emulator. I am online with the Xbox 1, playing multiplayer and watching netflix, connection test shows that everything is working.

When I open 360 games, my gamertag pops up as signed in, but not connected to Live.
