Discus and support Backward Compatible Gamerpic in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I don't own a Xbox 360, but when I started playing backwards compatible games it randomly selected a gamer pic for me.     Backward Compatible Gamerpic


    I don't own a Xbox 360, but when I started playing backwards compatible games it randomly selected a gamer pic for me. Which is fine but it's very girly. I would like to change this. This pic also seems to have taken over other Xbox titles on my pc like
    Microsoft Jigsaw. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I tried through xbox.com as well as SmartGlass for the 360 with no success.

    A more pressing question is "Why isn't "Catherine" on the Backwards Compatible List"?

    Hey there.

    Unfortunately on the Xbox One, once you choose to use your avatar or one of the high-definition gamerpics you can't go back to the low-definition Xbox 360 gamerpic. The 360 gamerpic will still be shown on the forums here and when you're playing on an Xbox
    360 (or a backwards compatible 360 game).

    Sorry it's not the answer you were probably hoping for.

    I wish you would have posted how you changed this.. I have a girl with pink hair as mine... nothing against girls, but I feel like a 3 year old when I play backwards compatable games on my xbox one and my gamer pic is this..

    Backwards compatibility is only game related. One gamerpics are set up differently from the 360 ones so you can't use 360 gamerpics on the One.

    Backwards compatibility is only game related. One gamerpics are set up differently from the 360 ones so you can't use 360 gamerpics on the One.
