Backward compatibility

I contacted Microsoft support two times in hope they could fix the issue. I downloaded "Operation Flashpoint: Dragon rising" onto my Xbox one S console, and tried to play the game. When I clicked the game it brought up the game picture then exited back
to the dashboard. The first thing they told me to do was clear my xbox360 save data and try to play. I did and it did nothing, so next we reset the xbox but kept the games on the xbox, after that I downloaded my profile to my console again and attempted to
play the game. It did not work, and I had to go so she gave me a case number. When I returned home I went into the live chat again and gave the customer support rep my case number. She then said to uninstall the game and reinstall it. I did and I attempted
to play the game again and it did not work. I contacted the game devolpers "Codemasters" through email and am patiently waiting for a response. The customer supervise person gave me an email to contact once the game was downloaded but I assume they were just
going to say try to play the game.

Minecraft game online Xbox ONE & Xbox 360 ?

Because of backward compatibility you will be able to join parties, join games but only the xbox 360 game you have started up.

Thanks for your post, have you attempted to launch the game from another network connection? At times if a connection is unstable it can cause download issues where the game is not properly downloaded resulting in crashing either at launch or during gameplay.
I recommend viewing the following wizard to further troubleshoot this: My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay
