Backward Compatibility Voting

It's a good idea.

But in my opinion the list must only exists out of games that can be made backwards compatible.

With that I mean a list of games that have no issues with licensing. This way people won't get dissatisfied when the games with the most votes won't make it to the backwards compatibility feature.

I would support a change like this, at least then it almost guarentees all the junk games will be filtered out.

Did it ever take me so long to find what happened to that backwards compatible voting site... Why microsoft? Why make things cryptic instead of simpler... Why?

I mean, months ago there was an area where I could request and vote for xbox 360 games to be possibly added to the library of backward compatible games that are out already. And so, for this reason, I bought an Xbox one, completely entirely for this purpose.
But then all of a sudden.. Poof! Gone!

Just like what they did with the idea of making a fantastic version of windows aka Windows 7 to the new mess called Windows 10, bringing in new tabs on the desktop making it look like I'm some kind of idiot who uses touch screens... A bunch of configuring
needed to be done to remove that nonsense.

You get me, right?

I mean, the beautiful previous forum turns into something where they could of just added another section called, 'ideas', instead of changing the whole freakin' site. Now here I am, on the microsoft forum reading a post asking if they should bring it back?
What? Are you serious?

Of course they should bring it back. There was no logical reason to rid of it in the first place. And I don't care if they can't produce every game that has a high vote due to licensing, but at least it's grounds so they can know what titles they should
be focusing on to bring to their customers. I mean, it's not rocket science, sheesh! (smh)

Get with it Microsoft.

I would like to see them make a limited poll of games that they already have the greenlight from the developer and licensing has been cleared. A "Which would you like to see next?" And you can vote on say one of four games. It could very easily be incorporated
into the Xbox Dashboard, App, website, etc.

those games are only 10k vote for backward compatibility but you can add your vote and hopefully they will add those games. here's the link for all the games on that list for vote, just search for your game and vote.

These would be a cool game to have on Backward Compatible. There a voting forum dedicated to backward compatible ideas and might already have this title listed there, jump over to it and check and vote if not create a new one on

You can't vote for Backwards Compatibility anymore, but You can share this idea on Xbox Ideas, creat a post for voting in every game that is not avaliable in backwards compatibility yet
