    Backward compatibility problem


    Hi! I have some problem with backward compatibility. My achievement from Xbox 360 are not displayed on Xbox one ( when I play game for Xbox360 on Xbox one.)I get achievement while I playing with backward compatibility,but they not displayed on my 'G score'.
    It's spoil all my joy about games. Please fix it

    My Account won't stay connected to xbox live on backwards compatibility.

    I'm having a problem with backwards compatibility. My xbox live account disconnects from xbox live when I attempt to log in on the 360 menu on backwards compatibility for Xbox one.

    Are you able to unlock achievements in other games? And can you please confirm that you have been playing those games on this current account you are posting from? When comparing your

    Xbox.com profile and achievements to my own    , it does not appear that you have any Castle Storm achievements unlocked on this account.

    Let us know. Backward compatibility problem :)

    I can unlock only achievement from Xbox one games,when I play on Xbox one,Xbox 360 achievement not unlocking while playing. I have a prove pic but I don't know how to post it here Backward compatibility problem :(

    Hey, BlHimmel! We are aware of a situation where some achievements do not unlock on the Xbox One console. This shows up as either Xbox One achievements not unlocking, Xbox 360 achievements not unlocking, or both not unlocking.

    We are working on resolving this right now, however the current workaround is to do a

    factory reset     on your console. Give that a shot following the steps there; you can keep your games and apps. After that, try to earn an easy achievement for an Xbox 360 game, and let us know how it goes!

    THAT WORK! I lost some progress in this games,but even this can't spoil the moment. They FINALLY in my activement score! It is some... delay between unlocking at the game and moment when achievement displayed at the final score. However that is better than
    nothing,like it was before I use this trick. I hope you take this moment in work or something. Thank you for your help anyway Backward compatibility problem :)

    If the original games are listes as backward compatible games you should be able to play them with no problem at all... look HERE for compatible games...

    problem with Mass Effect 3 disks

    Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
    content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.
