    Hi,

    it was a big announcement today, but how will it work if you have the disc version?

    I heard that it will work with the disc, but will have to install the game like other Xbox One games. Why not just make a partial install like on 360?

    also, do you know if we will be able to make a cross-platform party chat?

    Does Mixer support Xbox360 Backwards Compatibility broadcasting on XB1?

    If not, are there any plans for the app to support broadcasting 360 games via the backwards compatibility emulation?

    dont use it because your xbox one dose not have a big enough hard drive you can bearly have ten games on it without taking up most of your hard drive so if you load 360 games on it to you will fill it up fast unless you delet them after you play which i
    dont think it is worth it just use your 360

    Going by the way it was mentioned in the briefing I get the impression the disc is just to prove ownership but it has to download an xbox one compatible version from xbox live.

    Yes, that's how it is meant to work. Backwards compatibility is full backwards compatibility which means online play will work just as it does now. You'll be able to play other Xbox users, even if they are still on the original Xbox One.
