Backward Compatibility feedback is being ignored

Dear @Microsoft / @EA / @Mister Retr0 / @Major Nelson,

*Team Xbox (Admin, Xbox) shared the "Skate 3 BC idea" in June 11, 2015 (yes... over 1 year ago!)

*Mister Retr0 boldly stated "this game IS PART OF backward compatibility!" in November 2015.

*Mister Retr0 changed that statement, to a bit more vague "UPCOMING title" in December 2015.

*Microsoft put the game on SALE, which tricked even more people to buy the game.

*Microsoft also sent out email campaigns saying Skate 3 was Backwards Compatible (NOT TRUE!).

*Microsoft used the Skate 3 cover in advertisments for Backward Compatibility

*Skate 3 was ADDED to the official Xbox One Backward Compatibility List (Major Nelson).

*Skate 3 was suddenly REMOVED from that list, without any information or explanation?

*Despite all of the above, Skate 3 is still marked as "IN-PROGRESS" as of July 2016...

Ms can ask for content on behalf.of players what you are ignoring is the faq

Ms does the ok on the emulator to allow the game to be made.bc

Then they askance publisher which is ea if they can

Then Ea says yes or no which is when ms posts it's on coming soon

Then ea assigns a new team.to make.the patch

Since the developer is no longer open it will.be hard to.patch

Nothing ms can do.until the developer makes the patch

Anything else would be illegal because ms doesn't own the copyright

 

Its true this game was used in advertisements saying that this game was backwards compatible, and on the xbox site it was stated as backwards compatible, it was even on the xbox one store, and a month later it was taken down and changed to "In Progress"

No, it was put on the store for a month then taken down. Even a mod stated skate three was backwards compatible: Mister Retr0 ADMIN

This game is part of Xbox One backward compatibility! You can find the whole list of backward compatible games at

On the website, it was always listed in the "Coming Soon..." section with Bioshock Infinite. The process of making a game backwards compatible is difficult and it can take a long time if the developer is no longer operational, like Stake 3's. Microsoft needs
to work around this fact to create a patch for the general public, otherwise the game will not work the way it should. Please have more patience with this.

 

You are missing the point completely.

Skate 3 has already been used in FALSE ADVERTISING, claiming NOW AVAILABLE.

Skate 3 has in fact been on the official Backward Compatibility list.

You can't just suddenly remove it, and ignore 35,000+ paying customers?

You can't say "IN-PROGRESS" or make deceptive vague promises like "coming soon" forever?

The point is not wether it's difficult or not to patch,

it has escalated to a degree where it doesn't even matter whose" fault" it is (MS/Ea).

Give us information,

release the game

or refund our money!

End of discussion.
