Backward Compatibility- DLC's not transferring onto xbox one

I purchased borderlands game of the year edition (GOTY) for the 360 so i could play it on the xbox one, the game installed fine but not all the DLCs were available to install on xbox one, only one from the disk was available. All the DLCs were installed
and reinstalled on the 360 to try fix this but didnt help. Years ago when i used to played the game I digitally purchased one of the DLCs but that isnt available either. On the irish xbox one store, borderlands is available as a bundle but when i clicked onto
it, it say "we can not find anything" which this is the main reason i bought the GOTY edition on disk. So is there a way I can get all the DLCs from the GOTY disk or at least get the digitally purchased DLC to install on the xbox one?

Fallout 3 dlc problems & alien isolation transfer

If you have the GOTY edition, you shouldn't need the DLC disc. Manage your Fallout 3 game and see if the DLC's are available to download from there.

Here's the current list of games that are available for backwards compatibility. Alien Isolation is already available on Xbox One so I'm not sure if they will make it backwards compatible.

Downloading dlc on xbox one for AC3 as a season pass holder

I own the season pass to AC3. As such the season pass is downloaded to my Xbox One. However, with the way Assassin's Creed games work if you buy the season pass you have to download the dlc's from in-game, but backwards compatibility and the 360 emulator
does not emulate the market so I can't download the dlc from in-game. How can I get dlc onto my Xbox One?

When you go to My Games and Apps > Games > Borderlands and hit the Menu Button (Start) and Manage Game, what do you see?

Borderlands: For all editions, DLC comes included on Xbox One. For the Game of the Year edition, accessing DLC doesn’t require you to insert the DLC disc on Xbox One. Only your purchased DLC, however, will be usable on Xbox 360.

If you look at manage game, it would show you that it installed 8GB, instead of the much lower size.

A bit of warning though, your saves can get corrupted.

I see, so all the DLC that is backwards compatible is just free on the Xbox One? I don't need to transfer my old DLC downloads from my Xbox 360 to Xbox One?

you need to find the old update for backward compatibility. down load onto usb and transfer to xbox or burn disc.

The DLC content is transferable as long as the game is backwards compatible. Sadly, since ghosts isn't yet backwards compatible the DLC isn't either :/ I agree there should be some sort of exception with DLC

The only content that would transfer from the Xbox 360 console to the Xbox One console would be content that is backwards compatible.
