Backward Compatibility can't connect to Xbox Live anymore

Hey Folks,

for 3 days now I have the following problem:

Whenever I start a backwards compatible 360 game on my Xbox One, I'm unable to connect to Xbox Live within the emulator. My Xbox One stays connected to Live just fine and every One Game works normal online. Only in the 360 menu it says there is no connection
to Live.

I get the message to test my Internet Connection, which sends me to the Xbox One Network Options, where everything seems totally fine and connected. (Via IPv4 by the way.)

I tried deleting my local 360 storage. Now when I start a 360 game, it says something along the lines of "retrieving Xbox 360 information" with a loading bar, that never even starts to fill up. After ~30 sec the screen disapears and the game starts. When
I try to download my profile, it is unable to connect to Xbox Live.

I've tried the following steps:

• Hard reset
• Restarting router and Xbox One (tried it countless times by now)
• deleting and redownloading my profile
• starting a 360 game without being logged in / logged in as a different user
• Static IP
• DMZ'ing the Xbox One
• Opening all the ports
• switching from wired to wireless (my usual connection is wired)
• connecting to Xbox Live not through my actual network, but via a Smartphone-Wifi-Hotspot

and last but not least:

• factory resetting my Xbox One

Nothing seems to make any difference, I always get the exact same problem.

And everything worked perfectly fine up until a recent firmware update and restart of my router. Therefore I assumed my network was the problem, but if so, I have no idea what else there is to check or try.

I'd be very thankful for any help or information on the problem.

To check, when you tried to download your profile, did you do it on the Xbox 360 side of things? To bring up the Xbox 360 guide, press the Menu and Select button simultaneously to bring it up. From the Xbox 360 guide, select 'Download Profile' and enter your
Gamertag information.
