    Backward compatability issue please fix!!


    Every time I launch a bacward compatible title on my xbox one it boots up the game normally but as soon as it gets to the,main menu it prompts me to download my xbox 360 profile. Then it says I cannot connect to xbox live and to test my connection even though
    I am clearly connected. Since I have had back compat I haven't been able to save any of,my games or sign in on 360 live on my xbox through back compat. Please help.

    So backwards compatability is a big issue when from what we know the PS4 "backwards compatability" is just the ability to buy the games in a digital format that will work on the new console, hmm.

    *Backwards compatability issue*

    Until the child account is migrated to an adult account at the age of majority for the region you are in, you won't be able to download the content. The game is rated M for mature in the US and designated for 17+ years old and above. Other regions may be
    more restrictive.

    There isn't any way around except to use an adult account. The only people having this issue are people trying to download an M rated game with a child account so the system is working as intended.

    Troubleshooter for Backward Compatibility issues here. Be sure to check that out and run through the steps there. When you get a chance please also fill out the survey at the end so that we can best keep track of your issue.
