Backward comparability games not loading

I have some 360 games, which was the reason i bought the xbox x, that i want to play, AND are on the list of games, mostly all the C.O.D games, but it just comes up with not compatible and to read the list...duh.....whats going on. And whilst on the subject,
why is the xbox x SSSSOOOOOOO slow loading games..jjeeeeeezzzzzz. I had to leave it on the other night whilst i loaded up the new black op's.....8 hours, come on......it seems to be all my games, especially the ones i got free with the package...no word of
a lie, they took 2 full days, and i ended up cancelling one of them, and i seem to be having to restart the console all the time when i load a game that has eventually loaded..........i am sick of having to hard start the console as well......................................second
thoughts on wasting money on this console starting to creep in............

Any one have the rights to have and opinion if you have so many problems maybe you need to go for warranty this not normal behavior of Xbox console. but the game download depend of the speed of you're network.

Hey there Daytona,

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. In regards to the
backwards compatible games, are you trying to launch physical discs or are these digital entitlements to the games? I know it's a bit silly but please confirm that they are the correct titles on the Backwards Compatible list.

When it comes to slow downloads, I would advise that you take a look at our support article for

Troubleshooting slow game or app downloads on Xbox One. Also go ahead and test your network speeds and see where you stand. That will definitely have a huge impact on how fast your games are installed.

If you continue to run into problems when launching games I would suggest a Soft Factory Reset, this is going to reset the console to

factory defaults while keeping all games & apps. Make sure to have your account sign in information on hand as this will remove all accounts and will have you log back in to add them to the console.

Give this a try and let us know of any changes.

I was told to post here by Xbox support. I have the same exact issue. Can play backwards comparable game but can't load profile to save any progress. Tried everything and nothing worked.

I swear that Mass Effect looks better played on the One. Definitely a little sharper and the textures seem better. Not Earth shattering better but an improvement I'm sure.

@Boah, this really screws with their streaming P2P service tho. I hope they compete. But yeah, we gamers win lol...
