    Background not working..


    I have the new UI and can only have a solid color background it was fine yesterday now I cant select art or screenshots as a background and a hard reset did not fix it. Any help?

    Background downloads not working

    The xbox 360 background downloads feature isn't working for me.

    I know that it used to work for me but since the latest update it doesn't work.

    I'll start downloading something , turn off the xbox and it shuts off completely after 3 seconds.

    It used to flash and keep downloading until the download was finished but now it just turns itself off and doesn't download anything.

    Its a real pain.

    I have to keep my 360 fully turned on now when downloading anything wasting electricity.

    My xbox 360 is connected to the internet via wi fi now whereas it was wired in the past but it still should work.

    Can anyone help me get the background downloads working the way they're supposed to over wifi.

    Background Downloads Not Working

    My Xbox one background download feature only works less than half the time. It worked the first day I started the download fir mcc but every time I shut it down now it doesn't work and it's set to instant on and everything but it still isn't downloading
    when it's off.

    Im having this same issue. My screenshot from FH2 is no longer my background but was working as of 2am est. Now i cant get anything to work as my background.

    Hey guys! You'll want to post in the preview forums for any issues or questions related to the preview, so that the preview team can help you out. You'll also want to make sure to report any issues via the Preview app on your console, if possible.

    You know I would be happy to do that but as Im sure you already know there is an issue with getting to that forum because for some god awful reason its private and my GT wont register even though I am in the program.

    Background not working..

    Thank you I finally got my preview app working and postef my issue there and it seems others are now having the same issue Im sure it will be resolved soon they have been great at fixes so far!
