We need an update so we can disable achievement image background and enable other images.. others may have the same issue but they may be stuck with a screenshot or something. I'm stuck with an achievement image background. I'll change it to a screenshot
and it does change on the home screen but automatically changes back to the previous one. And in the settings it has a tick next to my achievement image after I have tried multiple times to change it to a screenshot.

It sounds like a glitch, Have you tried what Smwutches suggested and power cycled? Checked to make sure the console doesn't need an update or even tried clearing the MAC address ?

Have you tried performing a powercycle? If you have and that didn't work, have you tried a factory reset?
