    Background doesn't change


    Hey folks,

    i have a quesion about changing a background on the one. After choosing a picture the background just stays black! i used a pic from the xbox one site so i think it should be 100 % compatible. Hard Reset doesn't help. What can i do?

    Game Freezing

    Every time the add tries to change while playing the screen freezes. You would think that this could be done in the background so the game doesn't freeze if the add has trouble loading.

    Sorry you're having issues changing your background picture. Try following the steps here and settings your background to an achevement or something off a USB drive.

    Hey there freakyboy86,

    To clarify, what type of storage device are you using for the wallpaper and are you keeping it connected to your Xbox One?

    Background doesn't change

    I am also having this exact same issue, and i have already tried the same troubleshooting steps as well. I am on the preview program and been having this background and color not changing issue too.
