    Backcompat


    My standard edition of deus ex for 360 won't work in my xbox one I've tried everything can anyone help?

    Hi Gr1mM66600 and PEREZFAM11,

    If you're using a disc to run a game you may simply check if the disc has scratches and if not make sure it's clean then follow these steps.

    Settings > All Settings > Disc & Blu-ray > Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear > Restart.

    You may also want to consider clearing your Xbox One's Xbox 360 Local files by going to

    Settings > All Settings > System > Storage > Clear Local Xbox 360 Storage.

    A feed back would help us know if these may have fixed the issue.
