If you don't get any error codes, and the game simply crashes without providing any error messages, we'll have to try to perform a few procedures in the expectation that the error is fixed.

First, follow these steps:

1. Open Settings (Windows 10 app).

2. Go to Applications.

3. On that list, select Back4Blood, and then select Advanced Options.

4. Go to Reset, and then press the Reset button.

In this case, let's try to restart the Microsoft Store itself. It could be that your game isn't running because it crashes when the game does a licensing check, which occurs at that point that it is failing to you. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Start Menu and type Run. Press Enter.

2. On Run, type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

3. Wait for the Command Prompt to close by itself.

4. Try to download the game through the Microsoft Store.

If after doing this, the game doesn't work, you should check for updates, on both Windows Update and the Microsoft Store. Also, let's check your Windows 10/11 version. Open the Start Menu, type winver and press Enter. The version will be something like 1903, 1909, 2004, 20H2 21H1 or 21H2.

i have done that already as well ive tried opening it as Admin as well
