    It would be cool if bakugan the game and saw 2 flesh and blood where added to the ultimate pass plan cuz I've played the ds version of bakugan battle brawlers and I never played saw 2 flesh and blood and I hear its bloody and can these two games be added to the ultimate plan

    Hello Ryan, really would be interesting, unfortunately the addition of games to the Game Pass service does not depend only on Microsoft, the developers need to agree and have the final say in this matter, so it is to wait to see if someday these games can be included in the Game Pass catalog.

    It sounds like you bought a Game Pass Core card and added it while you had an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription. In order to have gotten the full 12 months, you would gave needed to either cancel your Ultimate subscription or wait for it to expire before adding the Core card. Since it's already been redeemed, there's no way to change it back.

    If you had Game Pass Ultimate when you added the code, it would have been converted to 4 months of Ultimate.

    That would be why you can't redeem it then...from the FAQs in the link I posted before:

    "If you were previously subscribed or currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC, or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will not be able to redeem the two month trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!"

    I recently paid for and received a digital code for a 12 month subscription for xbox core, but when I went to redeem it, it gave me 3 months of xbox ultimate instead

    If your account already had an Ultimate subscription, any Game Pass added to it will be added as additional time to the Ultimate subscription. To downgrade from Ultimate to Core, you would need to let the Ultimate subscription fully expire (or cancelled) before adding the Core subscription.
