Back to back bans?

I was banned back in November for communication which I told one person to [Mod Removed] was banned 2 days later sure whatever maybe I deserved it. Then on December 13th I become unbanned I could finally talk with all my friends and play games again. I had
gotten a few messages from other players and I even sent some out some said GG and others we just kinda talked said a few things (not bad)then went on our ways then on December 18th at 3:08 I played with this guy who made our team lose and just sat in the
back basically ruining the game for us and being afk. So I messaged the guy and asked why he was sitting in the back ruining it for us and said to go play regular (like tdm or something non objective based) if he just wants to sit back for kills. To which
his reply was "reported have a nice day" I replyed "LOL Sad" cause ive been getting a lot of people reporting me even know I'm not even talking to them let alone being mean or harassing to them heck most times they just send me "Reported" and I didn't say
anything to them and don't message them back but I cant report them for "false reports". But wait that's not all LITTERALLY 10 minutes later at 3:18 I get a message from Xbox about "Enforcement Action" 10 whole minutes for them to decided I was banned again
for talking to ONE guy who decided I was harassing him to report me either that for they mistakenly banned me back to back... I filed for review and was upheld not 2-3 hours later.. I'd LOVE if someone could give me an answer to this. Enforcement will never
tell you exactly why you got banned or even bother talking to you. If anyone has been banned like this please share.

Back to back Suspension Glitch

Recently, I was banned for 2 weeks from 6/8-6/22, 10 minutes after I was "unbanned", I joined my friend's party, but it said "Your privacy settings prevent chat with some people, I also tried to send a message to my friend and it
still says "Because of your past behavior, you cant send messages" even after my temporary ban was over. All 4 accounts on the Xbox are also saying the same thing, even though only one was banned. When I sign the Xbox Smartglass app on my computer, it also
says that I'm still banned on my account, but my little brother can use the Smartglass app just fine on his account, but not on the console. In my enforcement history, it says my last suspension given was on June 8th at 2:41 P.M and ended on the 22nd at 6:41
P.M. and shows that my suspension is over, but the Xbox says I'm still banned. I've so far have made no progress in figuring out what's wrong. I received a Communication ban on June 7th, and at 6:41 P.M, I also received a Harassment ban on June 8th. This morning,
I called Xbox Support and they hung up right in the middle of when I was talking too. I'm about to just give up since no one is even attempting to help me out.

The Enforcement Team does not use the forums and only they can respond to any enforcement actions they issue.

All the information about how suspensions are issued can be found on their site: https://enforcement.xbox.com. Keep in mind the suspension that was just issued may not be for the incident you describe.
It could have been for an incident that occurred prior to that.

 

I do know they don't answer any questions. And the suspension could NOT be anything prior due to the fact that I was just in banned 5 days prior from 2 weeks from November or can they back to back ban me for the prior infraction?
If yes why would they just not make the ban longer? Cause in my book that would not be correct to get unbanned be ok for a few days then banned straight again 10 minutes after someone reported me for simply talking to them. If so am I just supposed to report
anyone besides my friends that talk to me? I'd really like some sort of answer cause if I'm not allowed to talk to people or voice my opinion why would Xbox even make it so people can communicate with each other without being banned for saying 1 curse word.
Which brings me to another point of why I can get banned for simply talking but there are tons of people everyday that DO NOT get banned when they tell people to "kill themselves" or something like that? Which ive got many of messages like that which I do
report but nothing happens because I know for a fact you get a notification if the person you reported has been banned

 

There's no time limit on when you can get suspended for an offence so technically you could get suspended for something you did years ago.

Due to the time it takes to investigate any report that is filed it is extremely rare for anyone to get suspended instantly so as Sara said,you would of been suspended for something you did weeks ago.

On rare occasions you may get a thank you message if someone receives enforcement action due to a report you've filed but the majority of the time you are not told the result of any report you file so do not know whether someone has been suspended or not.

Only member of the enforcement team can ban players. You can view your ban on enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible from there.
