Back Compat for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Install Problem.

Hope this is in the right place...

Basically, I keep inserting this game into my Xbox One and it keeps asking me to "insert the first disc" - which is a problem because this is the only disc that's in the box. I get error "0x8082000e". I've rebooted the Xbox. I've checked the back of the disc.
No dice.

Can't receive xbox360 games from "games with gold"

I bought 2 weeks xbox live gold membership redeem code from cdkeys.com for "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed" game.

I received xbox one games as "games with gold",

but I cannot receieve xbox360 game.... ("Star Wars: The Force Unleashed")

I searched internet, and this could be region problem...

then, If I buy another xbox live gold membership redeem code (from amazon),

Can I get "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed" game as "games with gold"?

Current my gold membership period is until at the beginning of March.

If my new redeem code activated after end of current membership period....

I'm worry about I cannot receive "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed" game.

Is there any solution?

Star Wars the Force Unleashed I and II were excellent. There is also a Star Wars Kinect game and the Lego Star Wars games.

I'm sorry to see any issues with The Force Unleashed! We haven't ran across that before, however we do have a
back compat survey for these off issues like this. Please submit what you're running through there. That's sent by my team to the team that works on back compat, and this will be the best way
to bring it up to them.

In the meantime, have you tried any other Xbox 360 discs recently? Are they working just fine? Let me know so we can determine if this is a disc specific issue or something with your console.
